RingItOn ships completed jewellery carefully and securely. Because many pieces are custom-made, shipping begins after production, quality checking and final preparation are complete.

1. Shipping Within Australia
RingItOn currently offers free standard delivery for orders shipped within Australia, unless a different shipping arrangement is agreed or displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability and whether a signature or secure delivery method is required.
2. International Shipping
For international orders, RingItOn offers free shipping on orders over AUD $2,000.
International orders under AUD $2,000 may incur an AUD $80 FedEx shipping fee, unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier availability and local delivery conditions.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes And Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges or other local government charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
RingItOn cannot control or predict customs charges, and these costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.

4. Dispatch Timing
RingItOn products are often custom-made. Shipping does not begin immediately after order placement unless the item is already complete and ready for dispatch.
Dispatch occurs after:

- Final cleaning, packaging and shipping preparation
Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, stone sourcing and manufacturing workload.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, RingItOn will provide tracking information where available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
RingItOn is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, redirection fees or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information supplied by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
7. Signature And Secure Delivery
Jewellery orders may require signature on delivery or other secure delivery arrangements.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package or arrange collection according to the carrier’s instructions.
If a parcel is left unattended, redirected, collected late or handled contrary to carrier instructions, RingItOn may not be responsible for resulting loss or delay.
