2. Custom Jewellery Designs

RingItOn allows customers to create jewellery using names, letters, dates, symbols, gemstones and design selections.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections carefully before approving production.

Custom jewellery may differ from mass-produced retail products because each piece is individually manufactured.

3. Design Previews & Renderings

Renderings, previews, animations and digital simulations are provided as visual references only.

Final jewellery may vary due to:

• Hand-finishing and polishing

• Changes required for structural integrity or wearability

5. Silver Samples & Prototype Pieces

Some designs may be offered as silver sample versions before proceeding to gold or platinum.

Sample pieces are intended to help customers experience scale, proportions and general design direction.

The final precious-metal version may differ in weight, colour, finish or stone appearance.

6. Pricing & Quotes

Prices, quotes and estimates may change before order confirmation due to:

Quotes are generally valid only for the period specified.

7. Payments

Orders may require full or partial payment before production commences.

8. Cancellations & Changes

Because many products are custom-made, orders may not be cancelled, modified or refunded after production has commenced.

Users remain responsible for uploaded images, logos, text, artwork or other content submitted through the platform.

By uploading material, users confirm they have the legal right to use it.

12. Intellectual Property

The RingItOn platform, builder systems, software logic, layouts, branding, generated assets and original content remain the property of RingItOn unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing jewellery does not transfer ownership of RingItOn software systems, design-generation logic or platform technology.

Users may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit RingItOn systems or platform assets without permission.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RingItOn is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Emotional disappointment based on subjective expectations
• Delays outside reasonable control
• Third-party service failures
• Loss caused by incorrect customer information
• Colour or appearance differences between screens and physical products

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

RingItOn is not responsible for unauthorised account activity caused by compromised passwords, shared accounts or user negligence.
